ETN Digital LLC (“ETN Digital,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Goal Track mobile application (“Goal Track” or the “App”).
Goal Track is a private youth soccer statistics and season-tracking application designed exclusively for parents and legal guardians. The App allows parents and legal guardians to create and manage player profiles for their children and record soccer games, statistics, and season performance.
Goal Track is not an app for children. Children do not create accounts, and the App does not require children to use or interact with the App.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to users.
By creating an account or using Goal Track, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy.
1. Who Uses Goal Track
Goal Track is designed exclusively for adults who are parents or legal guardians of youth soccer players.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The parent or legal guardian is the account holder and is responsible for creating and managing the information associated with the children they add to their account.
Children may not create accounts or independently submit information through Goal Track.
2. Information We Collect
A. Parent or Legal Guardian Information
When creating a Goal Track account, we collect:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Password
- Confirmation that the user is at least 18 years old
- Confirmation that the user is the child's parent or legal guardian
- Acceptance of this Privacy Policy
- Acceptance of the Terms of Use
We collect the parent's date of birth to verify that the account holder meets Goal Track's minimum age requirement and to support our parent/legal guardian verification process.
B. Child/Player Information
A parent or legal guardian may create a player profile for their child.
The player profile may contain:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Nickname
- Soccer club
- Position
- Dominant foot
- Jersey number
- City
- State
- Optional headshot/photo
The child's photograph is optional and is not required to create or maintain a player profile.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority to provide the child's information and photograph to Goal Track.
C. Game and Performance Information
Parents and legal guardians may record information about their child's soccer games, including:
- Opponent
- Game date
- Competition or league name
- Game location
- Season/year
- Home or away designation
- Team the child played for
- Game result, including win, loss, or draw
- Goals scored by the child
- Assists by the child
- Ball recoveries/steals
- Soccer-related notes
D. Teammate Information
Goal Track allows parents and legal guardians to optionally record limited information about their child's teammates for the purpose of identifying teammates in connection with games and team-related events.
For teammates, Goal Track collects only:
- Name
- Jersey number
Goal Track does not collect teammate:
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Home address
- City or state
- Photograph
- Position
- Contact information
- Account credentials
- Other player profile information
Teammates do not have Goal Track accounts and are not independently registered as users of the App.
Teammate information is used only to support the App's team and game-tracking functionality.
E. Automatically Collected Information
When you use Goal Track, we may collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
This may include:
- Device type
- Operating system
- App version
I- P address
- Login activity
- Basic diagnostic information
- Crash and performance information
- Information about interactions with the App
We seek to limit automatically collected information to what is reasonably necessary for the operation, security, and improvement of Goal Track.
3. Children's Photographs
Goal Track allows a parent or legal guardian to optionally upload a headshot of their child.
The photograph is used to personalize the child's player profile and provide the functionality of the App.
The parent or legal guardian represents that they have the legal authority to provide the photograph to Goal Track and authorize its storage and use as described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not require a child's photograph to create or maintain a player profile.
We do not use children's photographs for:
- Advertising
- Facial recognition
- Biometric identification
- Facial analysis
- Behavioral profiling
- Other unrelated commercial purposes
- We do not sell children's photographs.
Unless a feature expressly allows a parent to share information, children's photographs are intended to remain within the parent's Goal Track account
and are not publicly accessible.
4. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Create and maintain user accounts
- Verify that account holders meet the minimum age requirement
- Establish and maintain child player profiles
- Allow parents and legal guardians to track soccer statistics
- Display a child's photograph within their player profile
- Organize game and season statistics
- Record team and game information
- Associate teammates with game-related events
- Calculate or display performance statistics
- Provide and maintain Goal Track
- Improve the App and its functionality
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Protect the security and integrity of the App
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
- Respond to support requests
- Communicate with users about their accounts and the App
- Comply with applicable laws
- Enforce our Terms of Use
- Exercise or defend our legal rights
- We do not use children's information for purposes unrelated to providing, maintaining, securing, or improving Goal Track unless permitted by law or with appropriate consent.
5. Children's Privacy
Goal Track is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Children may not create accounts or independently submit personal information through Goal Track.
Parents and legal guardians use the App to create and manage information about their own children.
Where applicable law requires additional parental consent or authorization for the collection, use, or disclosure of a child's personal information, ETN Digital LLC will comply with applicable requirements.
Parents and legal guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their child, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification.
6. Parental and Guardian Controls
The parent or legal guardian who creates a player profile controls the information associated with that profile.
Subject to applicable law, the parent or legal guardian may request to:
- Review information associated with their child
- Correct inaccurate information
- Update player information
- Replace or remove the child's photograph
- Delete the child's player profile
- Delete their Goal Track account
- Request information about how their child's information is used or disclosed
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
We may require reasonable information to verify the identity and authority of the person submitting a request.
7. Information Sharing and Disclosure
ETN Digital LLC does not sell children's personal information or children's photographs.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate Goal Track or as permitted or required by law.
Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers for services such as:
- Cloud hosting
- Database storage
- Image storage
- Authentication
- Email delivery
- Customer support
- Security
- Analytics and diagnostics
- Application infrastructure
Service providers may have access to personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to ETN Digital LLC.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws or legal processes
- Respond to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests

8. Public Access and Sharing
Goal Track is designed as a private, parent-managed application.
Player profiles, children's photographs, statistics, and other child information are not publicly accessible by default.
Teammate information is also not intended to create publicly accessible profiles.
If Goal Track introduces a feature allowing users to publicly share player information, statistics, photographs, or other information, we will provide appropriate disclosures and controls before such information is made publicly accessible.
9. Advertising and Behavioral Tracking
Goal Track is not designed to use children's personal information for targeted behavioral advertising.
ETN Digital LLC does not sell children's personal information or photographs for advertising purposes.
If advertising, tracking technologies, analytics services, or other third-party technologies are introduced that materially change how personal information
is collected or used, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
10. Free-Form Notes
Goal Track provides a field where parents and legal guardians may enter notes about a soccer game.
The notes field is intended for soccer-related observations only.
Do not enter medical information, health information, financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information into the notes field.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, and other security practices appropriate to the information we maintain.
No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
12. Photo Security
Child photographs stored by Goal Track are treated as personal information.
We use reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to photographs.
Photographs should only be accessible to authorized users and systems necessary to provide the App's functionality.
We do not use uploaded child photographs for facial recognition, biometric identification, advertising, or unrelated commercial purposes.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Goal Track and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When an account or player profile is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify associated personal information, including photographs, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and backup requirements.
Photographs and other player information may remain temporarily in backup systems until those systems are securely overwritten or deleted.
14. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete personal information
- Request deletion of a child's information
- Request deletion of a child's photograph
- Obtain information about our processing of personal information
- Withdraw consent where applicable

15. Florida Privacy Rights
If you are a Florida resident, applicable Florida privacy laws may provide additional rights concerning personal information.
Parents and legal guardians may also have rights concerning personal information collected about a known child.
The scope of these rights depends on applicable law and whether ETN Digital LLC is subject to the relevant statutory requirements.
16. California and Other State Privacy Laws
Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws.
Where required, ETN Digital LLC will provide additional disclosures and mechanisms for exercising those rights.
17. International Users
Goal Track is operated from the United States.
If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where ETN Digital LLC or its service providers operate.
18. Third-Party Services
Goal Track may rely on third-party services to provide functionality such as hosting, authentication, database services, image storage, analytics, security, and communications.
Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms.
We encourage users to review the privacy practices of third-party services when applicable.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the App, by email, or by another reasonable method.
The “Last Updated” date indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
